Policies

1. Appointment Policy
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. This amount will go toward the final cost of your tattoo. If you're more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

2. Deposit Policy
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations will require a new deposit to reschedule.

3. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older with a valid government-issued ID to receive a tattoo—no exceptions, even with parental consent.

4. Design Policy
All custom designs are drawn after the deposit is paid. Minor adjustments can be made on the day of your appointment. Major changes may require rescheduling and an additional design fee.

5. Reschedule & Cancellation Policy
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.

6. Touch-Up Policy
Free touch-ups are available within 90 days of your appointment. This does not include damage from poor aftercare, sun exposure, or intentional alterations. After 90 days, touch-ups may be charged.

7. No-Show Policy
Clients who no-show without contacting us will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.

8. Guest Policy
One guest is allowed during your appointment (unless stated otherwise), but children and pets are not permitted for safety reasons.

9. Health & Safety
If you’re feeling unwell or have any contagious symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to decline service if you appear to be under the influence or unable to consent to the procedure.

10. Payment
We accept cash / card / digital payments—Cash App, Zelle, and Apple Pay.

Tips are appreciated but never expected.
